How much does field service software cost per month?
It depends mostly on your team size. For one technician the cheapest plan is $0/mo (Yardbook), the middle price $48/mo. For 5 technicians the cheapest plan is $0/mo (Yardbook), the middle price $149/mo. For 10 technicians the cheapest plan is $0/mo (Yardbook), the middle price $211/mo. For 20 technicians the cheapest plan is $0/mo (Yardbook), the middle price $198/mo.
How does the calculator pick a plan?
For each tool it takes every plan and billing option that is sold for your team size, drops plans whose monthly job limit is below your jobs (we assume about 60 per technician if you leave it empty), keeps the plans that have all the features you ticked, and shows the cheapest one.
Why do some tools say "quote only"?
Some vendors only give a price after a demo. We never estimate those prices; the tool is listed with the reason it has no price.
Are card processing fees included?
No, they stay in their own column when you enter your monthly card volume, because only some vendors publish their card rate. Adding them only for those vendors would make them look more expensive.
